Now a modernized infrastructure enables us to produce 800,000 - 1,000,000 square feet per month finished leather.     What we do

    ***LEATHER ZONE***  owns a  very big and well manufactured tannery with quality machinery which provide perfect output with regards to quality and selection. As we are importer,exporter and manufacturers so we act many functions such as :

     

    IMPORT:-

      we import different CHEMICALS, Tannage and technical MACHINERY, Raw LEATHER of “COW,BUFFALO,GOAT,SHEEP and CAMEL”… By importing such qualitative assets we work hard to offer QUALITY end product to our clients.  

     

    EXPORT:-

      We export COW,BUFFALO,GOAT,SHEEP and CAMEL skins in different stages , different substance , different selection , different size and different prices as per our clients desired requirement. -Different Stages include wet blue , crust , dyed and finished. -Different substance can vary from 0.4 to 4.0 MM. -Different selection vary from A to H grade. -Different size can vary from 2 to 16 sq ft for GOAT and SHEEP, For COW,BUFFALO,CAMEL size can vary from 8 TO 26 sq ft (in sides) and 10 to 20 sq ft (Hides) and 4 to 10 sq ft in Baby Buffalo (hides).  

     

    MANUFACTURE:-

      We manufacture skins from raw to finished according to our clients requirments. Our manufacturing  includeFULL VEGETABLE & FULL CHROME TANNAGE IN NATURAL WHITE CRUST, DRUM DYED, NAPPA, ANILINE,SEMI ANILINE, METAL FREE& CHROME FREE TANNAGE, TR1 TR2 and TR3 LINING, GLOVING  and many more over 100 articles..  “We manufacture for shoe upper, garment, gloving, bags, lining leather etc”…
